Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is designed to comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with any original packaging.

You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are made to order. Where items are personalised or customised to your specifications, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or not as described, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
